Labneh and Za’atar with a chopped pistachio, mint and olive topping

Muhamara (red pepper and walnut spread)

Roasted red marinated peppers with fried Halloumi crumbs

Carrots marinated with cumin and pickled lemons

Olives with fennel seeds and roasted sweet garlic

 

Slow cooked Ras El Hanout lamb or

Roasted Sumac / Za’atar garlic chicken served with a choice of either Israeli Couscous, Orzo, Lebanese Rice (Riiz Be Sharieh) or Fregola Sarda

Renowned Cuban-born chef, Ruben Leon-Acosta, is holding his third Nomada Pop-Up Supper Club event at Miserden Estate’s Nursery Café, housed within a beautiful converted greenhouse. Ruben has devised a delicious, innovative twist on authentic Middle Eastern Mezze dishes. Large plates for sharing will be served at long, communal feasting tables with people being asked to sit down at 8pm.
